When I lost my daughter, Emi, there were so many things I could no longer do for her. But, I could still bring her flowers. I could remember her birthday, mark the anniversary of the day she went to heaven, and care for the place where we laid her to rest.
That little place looking loved and tended mattered to me then. It matters to me now. It will always matter to me.
